Don't think I missed anything. Added back correctly IPartCostModifier which seems to have ben lost in translation at some point. IPartMassModifier was already there but moved the code a bit. Fixed references to StageManager. Fixed the Rigidbody fetching and cached it. Added the KSP.UI.Screens reference. Added the IsStageable override.
