In addition to not being able to merge, I see no reason for the stability assist to shut itself down just because the atmosphere is gone. It will cause user confusion when they hit the atmosphere and it freaks out on re-entry, or it will cause user confusion when they attempt to use it outside the atmosphere, as it can still be useful. In addition, I see no reason for this to be a place where FAR decides the user doesn't know what they're doing by leaving things on.
That said, suo files have been un-versioned in the latest commit.
