Can't find localhost.pfx #9

Sorry if this is super obvious, but I am trying to set up the dropshot server but I can't find the localhost.pfx cert anywhere. Is this a special cert or can I just generate my own?

can someone close this im dumb. I was cloning the source code and not getting the release zip
