feat: Add MATH-prealgebra downloading script #4

huggingface MATH 의 데이터셋을 가져오고 정답을 parsing 합니다. 정답은 solution 의 \based{...}에서 볼 수 있는데 단순 regex 로 처리하기는 약간 까다로워 extract 함수를 추가했습니다. 단순히 matching 되는 brace 까지만 찾아서 리턴하는 함수입니다.
