Feature request: pay to comment #33

I think it could be interesting as a spam filter, to ask the commenter to attach some sats to their post in order for it to be shown in the widget. I haven't thought through any implementation of this yet, then I would have made a PR instead. But here's the idea ^^

If this gets working, then community sites would be much easier to make as static websites, not requiring servers for dynamic content or to use centralized services as Patreon / medium etc.
