PostgreSQL addon on Heroku only has 10k row limit or 1GB cap.
The mLabs MongoDB addon for Heroku, which used to offer 500mb of free storage, has been discontinued (https://devcenter.heroku.com/changelog-items/1823)
Alternative is to sign up for sign up for an account with mLabs. They are continuing to offer 500mb on Atlas, MongoDB's DBaaS offering.

Migrated to own vps so the row cap on Heroku isn't really an issue that requires this MongoDB migration anymore. Closing.
