Here is someone using it, and talking about how the RedGate solution is in the East US datacenter, which happily is the same datacenter as all our data:

Just another thought... if someone got into one of our Microsoft accounts and could access Azure, they could delete all our storage services including our SQL database and the built in SQL backup wouldn't help. So using the RedGate stuff for SQL backup might be a good idea too.
