Cross platform branch. Check how the new builds play with the QGIS and ArcGIS plug-ins (in particular how to install shapefile.py). #82

The ArcGIS plug-in uses the ArcGIS sDNA environment class, not the Shapefile one.
The QGIS plug-ins use QGIS functionality to output Shapefiles, so may require sDNA to read Shapefiles. Both QGIS ones (like sDNA_GH) require external sDNA installations.
