Regarding the data set - I have used the data from this competition in Kaggle - https://www.kaggle.com/c/data-science-bowl-2017/data (unfortunately it does not seem to be available anymore due to some restrictions).

I used to keep pre-processed version of the data (since it is quite large) using different approaches for images segmentation, but I have deleted those.

You should be able to run the pre-processing steps yourself using the preprocess_dicoms.py script, you can choose different image segmentation approaches and start a training. There some networks configurations, since I have also made some comparison of the results using different pre-processing steps and different network configurations.

If you manage to find the data set and have some issues running the script, let me know if I can help (since I haven't made any changes in the project for long time :) )

Quite strange, I have cloned the project on different machines several times. You can check your git configurations for some limits.
