Documentation Update: Revised README file with improvements #576

Here is a list of changes that I made to the README file: Added in Introduction and features of react-scroll, contribution guidelines, troubleshooting tips, license section, and also added an example with an image displayed. Additionally, implemented a Table of Contents as well for quick navigation.
