[Feature] Migrate dbt_facebook_ads_creative_history into dbt_facebook_ads

Describe the Feature

Instead of separating facebook_ads into three different packages (source, creative_history and modeling), it would be great to consolidate Facebook Ads into the typical 'source' and 'modeling' breakdown traditionally found in our other packages. This feature request aims to consolidate the dbt_facebook_ads_creative_history package into the dbt_facebook_ads package.

Deprecation of the dbt_facebook_ads_creative_history package should not happen until all logic has been migrated over to dbt_facebook_ads and therefore can still be referenced by users in the meantime.
