Do Maven build on Directory-Node, and transfer jar files to Chain-Nodes (SSH/SCP)

Current WIP:

SCP connection to chain nodes can be established an any directory can be transferred
Chain-Node-Installer-Class waits until the newly created AWS-Instance switches from PENDING to RUNNING
AWS-Setup-Script is ready, which can be used to create a chain-node-template. This template than is used to create chain nodes with

Todo:

swap SCP command with SSH and actually copy and run the chain-node service ;-)
