Add audit log/activity feed updates: Add entry when a host gets auto-removed #10680

Goal

There should be an entry that indicates the reason why host got removed. In most of the cases this is driven by host getting expired.

"Host expiration"

"Host deleted" by 'user'

There's a difference between a user removing the host and the system auto-removing it. Should try to cover both situations.

From the BE perspective, investigate JSON blob limits of storage for that file size for list of hosts. 2 BE 3 FE
