Make entire row for UI tables clickable

Goal

User story
As a Fleet user,
I want to click a table row to see all the relevant hosts for a certain row in a table
so that I can quickly access the list of hosts.

Requirements

• All places where there is a table that allows you to click through to see all hosts for each row should be clickable by row. Should not require the user to click the "view all hosts" link.

@noahtalerman I made this issue from PFR, but to be clear, I think we should have consistent behavior across all tables in the app, not one-off behaviors.

Hey @noahtalerman , we’re de-prioritizing this issue because it’s not likely to be worked on in the next 6 weeks. Please feel free to bring it back in a future product feature requests meeting.
