Request: Add social links to footer of website (Mastadon, LinkedIn)

It will be reviewed by the acting PM for the #g-website product group, and then hopefully prioritized, drafted, and implemented.

As a website visitor,
I want to see Fleet's LinkedIn and Mastadon links
so that I can keep up with Fleet on other platforms.

@DrewBakerfdm, I'm bringing this to design review today. Small thing, but I wanted to get a better understanding of why you proposed this particular order.

My proposal has the list ordered into two main groups - "social" and "business end." Like this:

• Twitter ("Social.")
• Mastadon ("Social.")
• LinkedIn ("Social" Business too, but mainly social from a user perspective to follow our feed)
• YouTube (light relieve in the middle to break the two groups)
• Slack (Comms and business end of things)
• GitHub (Business end of things. Product lives here etc).
