Provide Fleet users with a clearer UX for reading FAQs. The current page is a wall of text that is difficult to scan.
Use the FAQs as a page that we can link to from "Try Fleet" acknowledgment emails and for other outbound onboarding.
How
Update the user experience for FAQs in the docs to match the FAQs on our pricing page. Right now, the FAQs in the docs are displayed as a very long page with no way of quickly scanning for a question and answer.
Changes
UX changes:
[x] Update UI to be accordion.
[x] Migrate /pricing FAQs to this page
[ ] Add “On this page” filter for the FAQ./
[ ] Add a CTA on the pricing page to link to the FAQ or maybe a "display on pricing page" attribute on certain questions in the FAQ.yml because I think it is a better user experience to not lead folks away from the pricing page.
[ ] Add a CTA in the Try-Fleet email to link to FAQ
[x] At the very top of the FAQ page, have questions that prospects actually ask. Answer them using Fleet selling points, not use cases.
For rendering the FAQ list:
[ ] Create a component that accepts a single prop (an array of objects) that renders an FAQ list similar to the FAQ on the /pricing page
[ ] Create a FAQ.yml file in the docs folder
[ ] Create objects for the questions in FAQ.md in the FAQ.yml file
[ ] Update build-static-content to add the FAQ to sails.builtStaticContent
