Document current versions of fleetd components #14026

Goal

As a Fleet user, I would like to be able to find the current versions of the fleetd components. This would allow me to make decisions about what update channels I would like to use, as well as help me determine if updates are happening as expected.

This would include the following for both stable and edge channels:

Current Orbit version Current Osquery version Current Fleet desktop version

Changes

This issue's estimation includes completing the following:

@ksatter We've just merged automation that runs daily to keep this file up to date. Let me know if this solves the request and we can close this.

@lucasmrod That covers the immediate need, thank you! I'd still like to get this on the website, but I can add a link to the Readme for now.
