Wrong MDM server URL, Last fetched, and Last seen for some hosts #14196

Fleet version: Observed in Fleet's dogfood environment (4.38.0)

💥  Actual behavior

On the Dashboard > MDM > Solutions table, the MDM server URL is truncated for some hosts: "https://dogfood.fle/mdm/apple/mdm"

If I navigate to these hosts with truncated MDM server URL, the Last fetched time is "over 23 years ago" and the Last seen time is "2 months ago".

🧑‍💻  Steps to reproduce

  1. In dogfood, navigate to Dashboard > MDM > Solutions table
  2. Select on the row with the truncated MDM server URL

MDM URL now clear, Last seen, fetched times appear, Peace in cloud city near.
