User story
As a Fleet customer building a white-label MDM solution,
I want to get a manual enrollment profile via API
so that I can build an automation to get and send this profile to my customers' end users via email.

A GET request to https://localhost:8080/api/v1/fleet/mdm/manual_enrollment_profile returned a 200 status and a valid XML response.
