Issue MDM commands from the Fleet UI #16564

The customer would like to allow non-technical users to issue MDM commands from the UI. Ideally they'd like to access a list of "tasks" or commands, similar to how Puppet can be configured with tasks to run installs on devices.

They had a similar feature in WS1 where they could send a custom XML command from a code block found in the UI.

Heads up @Patagonia121, this feature request was brought to feature fest on 2024-02-15 and wasn't prioritized for the current design sprint.
