"Let's get you set up" Calendly event

User story
As a user with less than 700 hosts,
I want a way to talk to the Fleet team.

How

• [x] Create a new "Let's get you set up!" group event in Calendly and link to it via all flows in the chatbot.

Event hosts: CEO and Community Advocate. Attendees: 10 spots available for each event When: Every Friday, 16:00 - 16:30 CST

• [x] TODO: Given we are probably going to change the hosts around at some point. We have increased the attendees to 11 and JD will add himself to the meeting each time.

• [ ] Update rituals and responsibilities in the handbook for the Demand team to reflect this process (and remove existing "Talk to an expert" ritual.

Following up on our plan for routing <700 host enquiries to chat with Mike and JD on Fridays:

• I updated the chatbot and the "Let's get you set up!" Calendly event. Each calendar spot is available to up to 10 attendees.
• A limitation of Calendly is that there can be only one host for a "group" event type. "Collective" event types allow for multiple hosts, but only one attendee. So I set the event as a group event with Mike M. Unsure about how to easily get JD to attend the event automagically. @eashaw, do you think there is a way to automate an invite to JD via Zapier or something? Let's discuss in standup tomorrow.
• The previous "Let's get you set up!" collective event with Mike and Dave is still active in Calendly for now. There is a meeting scheduled via this event with a chap called Troy, this Friday. Once that's meeting has passed, we can safely remove that event from Calendly.

Also, We need to re-think how this displays on the calendar. Other Calendlys are scheduling ontop of this. A quick hack would be to remove that slot from other links. which I will do now, but for the future.

Other things I would like to automate around this is a reminder 1 hour before the event, and a post event follow up email with details similar to my Let's talk Fleet followup email:
