On Host details page, add activity for SCEP certificate renewal and configuration profile retry

Goal

User story
As an IT admin looking at the Host details page,
I want to see an activity for when Fleet renews a host's SCEP certificate and when Fleet retries configuration profile installation
so that I can see what MDM commands Fleet is running under the hood.

Hey @marko-lisica, I reviewed the UI changes and left some feedback in the Loom video here.

I don't think we support retries for Windows profiles yet (mentioned towards end of the Loom). @roperzh when you get the chance, can you please sanity check me here? Thanks :)

we support retries along with verification! 🎉 . Same logic as macOS: only 1 retry after a failure.
