Add APNs and ABM renewal to usage stats #17311

Goal

User story
As a member of the Fleet organization looking at Fleet's usage statistics,
I want to know the renewal dates for the APNs certificate and ABM server token for all paid customers (managed-cloud and self-managed)
so that I can notify them when they need to renew their cert and/or token.

Aiming to ship an improvement in the next 6 weeks.

@pintomi1989 heads up, I updated this issue to the user story format and moved your original issue description here:

Noah/Jason and I discussed the process for notifying managed cloud customers of APN and ABM cert renewal dates in advance. For self hosted customers it might be nice to pull data on their cert renewal dates, so that we can notify them in advance as well.
