Tooltip for CVEs on vulnerabilities page #17942

Would like a tooltip to display what a CVE is when hovering over the link, so that it's easier to understand quickly.

@noahtalerman Yes. @pintomi1989 Can you try deleting the screen shot & re-uploading it as a .png? I can't see anything at that link.

Mike: The customer wants to match CPEs w/ CWEs.

Customer realized that this would be difficult so they think a tooltip would be helpful.

Hey @pintomi1989, heads up, we reviewed this during feature fest.

We don't have the space to take this one in the upcoming design sprint (4.49).

Removing this from the feature fest board.

Update from customer-honoria: Nice to have - But would take a lot of the frustration of looking at this page. Could prevent context switching.
