Add details for activity when OS update enforced via DDM #18443

Problem

Currently for macOS OS update enforcement, we don't show details modal, since it's done via Nudge. With MDM we want to be transparent and display details of MDM command that run.

I added this as part of #15920, so if we end up tackling that as part of the story, then we don't need this anymore.
