Tested on Windows, opens the correct URL (though 404 for now, of course):

Tested on Ubuntu, works but clicking does not open the browser at the URL (but it also does not work for other menu items - such as Transparency and My device - so it doesn't look related to the Self-service change, more likely to something specific to my Ubuntu VM):

EDIT: works once I installed Google Chrome and made it the default browser, maybe there wasn't a "default application" set for the browser in the basic install (even if Firefox was installed).
