Show iOS & iPadOS as supported platforms in the UI

As an IT admin who managed company-owned iPhones and iPads (those at exist in Apple Business Manager),
I want to see iOS and iPadOS platforms in the Fleet UI
so that I know which features are available for my company-owned iPhones and iPads.

I updated the story to specifically mentioned "company-owned iPhones and iPads." We want to be consistent about including this when we talk about iOS/iPadOS support internally and externally. BYOD is coming soon.
