Add Custom Menu Items & Content To Fleet Desktop Menu

The completed feature request above added a feature to Fleet that allows an admin to customize the "Transparency" menu item in Fleet Desktop.

• Customer-preston would like the ability to ADD custom content to the Fleet Desktop menu
  • Ability to change the name of the "Transparency" menu item
  • i.e., ability to make additional custom menu items instead of just being able customize the Transparency link

@noahtalerman they want to add links to web sites or to local files & have the ability to add additional items to the menu, not just the ability to customize the single Transparency link. They also want to be able to customize the menu item names.

I would like the ability to add text, URLs (that support any URI, not just HTTP), applications, and scripts.

If we stick with a basic text list menu, "text" would be the non-linked gray text in this screenshot, and URIs and Scripts would be callable from the menu.

It would also be nice to incorporate SupportApp or this style and feature set.
