VPP token to be stored alongside mdm certs

Table to tie app store id's to a team for available software

Might have to store list of devices with AssociateAssets to be able to uninstall in the future.

cached results of get apps

activity details for installed applications (http response and mdm command result)

migrate team packages to new structure that supports packages or app ids

Add self_service for installable apps to support upcoming dev work
