Request: Add additional context to /register page

Goal:

Increase sign-ups from /register by adding more context and social proof to /register to encourage users to complete the signup.

Context:

/register investigation

Only 6% of users sign up after visiting the /register page
1224 visits in the past 28 days
68 website sign-ups
27% bounce rate. We need to find where they go after this. What are they looking for?

Changes

@Drew-P-drawers, let's keep this simple and add a testimonial for social proof. The form gets pretty long so I don't want to add too much more noise to the page.
