Add MDM Status changes to host details activity #20160

Problem

In the process of investigating https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/issues/20040 I wanted to see if there were historical changes in the mdm status to investigate the problem (if it never changed and we still failed the mdm command then why is the check to run the mdm command failing) but I was surprised to see these mdm status changes weren't present on the host details page.

Potential solutions

  1. Add host mdm status changes to host details activities.

I see DDM enabled but not mdm enabled (and these exist today in the global but good luck parsing that)

Hey @noahtalerman, it wasn't designed as part of #15920. Here's the FR that I filled some time ago: #19255

@noahtalerman I think it is a duplicate. I updated #19255 to cover both when MDM is turned on and off. I'm going to close this one.

Those are settings, this is host status
