Track clicks on the orb and docs CTA #20227

Goal

I'd like to know if and how many people interact with the orb CTA to come back into the /start flow, and likewise for the docs CTA.

Can we already see activity on this? if not, and if there isn't a simple solution in GA, we could add a CSS class to the "continue button" so we can isolate clicks in HotJar.

@mike-j-thomas I added classes to the buttons on the start CTA orb and the CTA in the docs. They are:

@mike-j-thomas I've confirmed that all the classes added are filterable in Hotjar. Is there anything else left for this issue, or can we close it?
