Upload a single piece of software to multiple teams

• @noahtalerman: User requested this because they're not using GitOps (Fleet's YAML files) and they want a convenient way to move software and the software's automatic install policy from their canary (test) team to their production team.
  • @noahtalerman: In the interim the user can re-add the same software, and it's policy, to another team. This is what's inconvenient.

  • @noahtalerman: Eventually the user could edit software, and it's policy, such that it's added to additional teams. Also, they might be able to select multiple teams when they add software.

• Customers are able to upload software to teams in Fleet
• Uploaded software can then be installed on hosts that are part of that team
• Software can't be added when "All teams" is selected

• If customers are using the same software across multiple teams, they must re-upload that software package for each team individually

Problem

• There is no way to upload software to multiple teams at the same time

Potential solutions

1. Provide the ability to add software to "All teams".
2. Add checkboxes for each team when uploading software to all teams --> Make the uploaded software available to all teams whose boxes have been checked
