Goal

When shipping swag tumbler, let's send it out with a hand-written note on the back of a cloud city post card.

How

Note can read something like this:

Hey, someone (use their name if they haven't asked to remain anonymous) from your org hopes you'll check out Fleet and wanted you to have this tumbler. Thanks!

Personal email to the requestor

Send a personal email to the original requestor to let them know that the swag was sent out and provide them with a tracking number.
