Fleet UI: Update references to DEP to Automated Device Enrollment #20943

UPDATE: Keeping "DEP" in the product and docs is intentional. When talking to users/customers most folks still say DEP (noahtalerman 2024-08-01)

We use the terminology DEP even though it's no longer called that.

🧑‍💻  Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to a apple device's details page
  2. Look at the MDM of an apple device
  3. Note the tooltip calls it DEP
