[Fleet UI] "Minimum osquery version" setting for queries stops at 5.10.2 #21431

Fleet version: v4.55.1 Web browser and operating system:

When saving a new query in the UI, I am unable to select a "Minimum osquery version" greater than v5.10.2

🧑‍💻  Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to "Queries"
  2. Click on "Save"
  3. Select "Show advanced options"
  4. Select the "Minumum osquery version" dropdown

I haven't specifically tested adding a new query through the API or fleetctl to see if the same behavior is present as in #14991. So I'm leaving the reproduce tag until/unless I (or QA) can confirm that behavior as well.

Reproduced with @xpkoala. Could be either FE or BE (Need a quick look)
