Self-service installs for VPP apps not showing in Activity Feeds #21497

Fleet version: 4.56.0 unreleased

Web browser and operating system: Any

💥  Actual behavior

When installing VPP apps from Self-service, they don't show in any of the Activity Feeds

🧑‍💻  Steps to reproduce

  1. Install a VPP app from Self-service on the host
  2. Note there is no activity displayed in Global or on the hosts detail page

It was not captured in Figma in the original story #19620 so will require design input.

QA Notes:
