Vulnerabilities search loses focus when searching for exact CVE #21923

Fleet version: 4.56.0

Web browser and operating system: Chrome 128.0.6613.120 running on macOS

💥  Actual behavior

After typing an exact CVE search in quotes, the search bar loses focus

🧑‍💻  Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Software > Vulnerabilities
  2. Type cve-1234-1234 (no quotes); you can keep typing without clicking the search field again (expected behavior)
  3. Type "cve-1234-1234" (with quotes); need to click back in to type a new search
