Explanation:
Problem
When installing the agent on Windows, there is no obvious feedback that the agent installation and enrollment was successful. The install just closes. Confirmation showed when used .pkg on macOS.
Was able to confirm it was successful by checking running services from task manager, which is a less than ideal installation process.
What have you tried?
Installing the latest version (4.56.0) on Windows 11.
Potential solutions
Add a confirmation of installation message upon successful installation of Fleet agent on desktop
What is the expected workflow as a result of your proposal?
Better user experience when installing the agent on Windows.
