[QA Wolf] Renaming team modal does not close after saving changes

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to Fleet Premium
2. Click the avatar in the upper right hand corner
3. Navigate to Settings
4. Click the Rename button
5. Rename the Team
6. Click Save in the modal
