User name is not logged on policy automations activity history #22424

💥  Actual behavior

🧑‍💻  Steps to reproduce

  1. Configure a software package and policy automation to install that package. Don't do this via gitops.
  2. trigger that policy to return "No" for a host so that the software will install

@dherder does the user who uploaded the package still exist in Fleet at the time of policy failure –> software install trigger?

@jacobshandling yes, I don't believe any users were deleted from the instance to my knowledge.
