Display all users devices in Fleet Desktop

@noahtalerman: User requested this because they want the end user to be able to handle the lost/stolen iPhone scenario. If they have an interface to lock their own iPhone, then IT doesn't get a ticket and can work on other things (be more productive).

In Fleet Desktop, the user should be able to see all of their devices, espeically as BYOD starts expanding.

I think this one is a bit complicated because it relies mainly on something like https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/issues/21028 to have a more robust user assignment in place.

Notifications about a single user's multiple devices could also appear in Fleet Desktop app.

This is something competitors have been trying to figure out for years. I think once we have SCIM and a "users" table and assignment figured out, having a My Devices page makes sense. It would be great to expose a limited set of self service MDM capabilities on this page too -- like locking my iPhone from my Mac.
