Settings > Integrations > MDM: Screen not updating after turning off Windows MDM #22595

Fleet version: 4.57.1 Web browser and operating system: Chrome 129.0.6668.71 running on macOS

💥  Actual behavior

After turning off Windows MDM, am redirected back to the settings page and see the correct flash message, but the wrong text on the page. Screenshot 2024-10-02 at 3 49 42 PM

🧑‍💻  Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > MDM
  2. Turn off Windows MDM

@rachaelshaw I cant reproduce this. It may have been fixed already. Here what I'm seeing. are you ok for us to close this issue?
