/contact: Make it more obvious there are 3 choices #23317

Goal

As a visitor on fleetdm.com/contact, when I choose from the dropdown "What will you be using Fleet for?", I would be less confused if the dropdown defaulted to e.g. --, and then showed me three options to pick from underneath. Currently, since the form defaults to "Device management (MDM)", when I open the dropdown, it is deceiving and seems like there are only two options, leading me to either (a) inadvertently pick the wrong option or (b) think that Fleet is only for IT engineering or security engineering, and that we don't have a complete multi platform MDM solution that includes Apple MDM, with iOS, app management, and all the other goodies that many Fleet users are looking for in a device management system.
