Setup experience - update copy for End User Authentication and Bootstrap package #23323

Fleet version: 4.59.0 Main unreleased

Web browser and operating system:

💥  Actual behavior

Copy was updated on the Setup Experience page for Setup Assistant and Install Software but not End User Authentication or Bootstrap package

🧑‍💻  Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate to Controls - Setup Experience
  2. Click thru all 5 steps on the left
  3. Observe inconsistancy when naming the Remote Management "pane" vs "screen"
  4. Steps 1 and 3 need to replace "pane" with "screen" to match Figma changes
