💥 Actual behavior

Currently, our Input Fields and Dropdown Input components in product don't utilize our designated Hover and Active Blue colors. We should add these colors and states to the components to improve UI consistency. Please reference Figma for guidance, and ensure Storybook and product is updated.

I put a 2 since we have multiple dropdowns and input fields (Dropdown.tsx, LabelFilterSelect, InputField, SelectTargetsInput), but can be just a 1 (1-2 hours)
