Adjust size of Software icon on Software page #23469

💥  Actual behavior

Software icons currently have an outline on the outside of of the icon, where it's supposed to be on the inside.

I looked into this, it seems we can fix it by using outline instead of border and there's some kind of css property for outline inset

Hey @rachaelshaw is this still the expected behavior? IIRC we decided to remove the outline last week.

If that's right, can you please make sure the design system is up to date and close this bug? Thanks!
