Hey @RachelElysia thanks for tracking this! Reminder to leave the ~feature fest label off new requests.

This label is now added during the "Unpacking the why" call.

More on this in the handbook here: Screenshot 2024-11-12 at 10 35 24 AM

Thanks @noahtalerman

the requester will be notified

So if this doesn't make it to an upcoming feature request, will someone else notify the customer and community member, or am I still the point person since I took initiative to file this for the customer and community member?

Relates to #22362

Problem

We have had several users try to add a configuration profile and have no labels in their environment and not know what to do to add a label. Please see comments attached below as this was originally added to a previous ticket #22362

What have you tried?

Potential solutions

Identify and update all label UI that needs a link back to how to add a label Consider making new, higher level UI for managing labels

What is the expected workflow as a result of your proposal?

So if this doesn't make it to an upcoming feature request, will someone else notify the customer and community member

@RachelElysia the customer success team will notify the customer/community member.

When you get the chance, can you please add the Gong snippet or Slack thread from deebradel? We want to see the customer request in their own words.

@pintomi1989 heads up that we peeled off this user story and pulled it into the design sprint.
