Setup official Fleet Jira Cloud instance to develop integration against #4579

Goal

We an Engineer, I want to build an integration between Fleet and Jira Cloud so that I can create Jira tickets based on events in Fleet.

How?

[x] Create free standard trial of Jira Cloud.
14 day free trial.

[x] Submit open source license request .
Enable all products we need licenses for before submitting form.

I have submitted an open source license request. I'll keep this issue open to track the response. Expected response time is 3 business days.

Response from Atlassian:

We are happy to grant you the requested Open Source Cloud subscription. Your Atlassian Cloud Instance fleetdm.atlassian.net has been converted to Open Source.

You may request additional Open Source Licenses for our available products in the future. For technical support, please create a ticket on our Support Portal. Marketplace Cloud apps are also available within the Open Source program.

The license is managed at https://my.atlassian.com/product under my Atlassian account.

We currently have Jira Software Standard enabled. If additional products or features are necessary to build our integrations, we can upgrade our Atlassian suite as necessary.
