Add an approachable, novice-friendly list of log destinations

This issue corresponds to the following Product goal in the Q2 OKRs:

Submit pull request once a week to consolidate documentation updates in partnership with Customer Engineering

Goal

As a user that is new to Fleet, I want to see a novice-friendly list of log destinations that point me to directions to dive deeper into how to configure Fleet to send osquery logs to each destination.

Tasks

• [ ] Move the list of log destination from the Osquery logs documentation page to the Learn how to use Fleet documentation page.
  • This section will provide a novice-friendly list of log destinations. "This is where data can flow when you schedule a query in the Fleet UI..."
  • This section will link to a section in the Configuration documentation page for the deeper dive
• [ ] Move the information for each log destination in the Osquery logs documentation page to their respective sections in the Configurations docs.
• [ ] Remove the Osquery logs documentation page.
